All of the buildings of LaSig require some tender care. The barns and houses have lost their original purpose and thus deteriorated with time. In order to restore them we must be delicate and decisive.
With the help of an experienced architect or a knowledgable builder we should be able to figure out how to fix this, first we will have to remove all the concrete though.
We need the help of an Architect
The Farmhouse will be tackled first, as the main building it has also deteriorated the least. Almost no restoration and only a little renovation is needed to make it fully usable. The biggest issue resides on the ground floor. The previous owners tried to lay down concrete flooring, however now the drywall is cracking, the walls are damp and the concrete has hardened in a messy line connected to… nothing, the rest of the room is a pit.
Initial drawings show the small changes that are to be done to the house for it to become a comfortable family home.
